Roasted Red Pepper Aioli

Yield: 3 cups

Ingredients:

2 cups mayonnaise
1 ½ cups drained canned roasted red peppers, chopped
6 Tbsp minced fresh chives
¼ cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp minced garlic

Combine all ingredients.

Use with Panko-Crusted Crab Cakes
